UAB Laumetris produces frontal loaders which can be mounted on tractors of various models.
The loaders are used for loading manure, silage, straw rolls, bulk cargo into various transport vehicles. Depending on particular needs, the operating part of the loader can be changed (a bucket for bulk cargo, a bucket for sugar beet, a fork for manure, a gripper for rolls, an arm for big bags, arms for pallets). The loader is driven using a hydraulic transmission. The structure does not impair the tractor operator’s visibility, which is important when performing loading works. A load can be lifted to a height up to 3.5m, the maximum mass of a load is 1500kg.
Operating parts are substituted using a quick change mechanism.
Various steering variants are possible: steering by the tractor’s hydraulic transmission only; steering by additional electro-hydraulic transmission; steering by additional wire rope transmission.
In order to reduce variable loads on the front axle, a hydro pneumatic transmission for the lifting arm can be installed.
