UAB Laumetris sells round balers for straw, hay and grass. The design of the baler ensures a high degree of compression, hence high-quality haylage is obtained (optimal ensilage conditions). The degree of compression in the round balers is adjusted by mechanical and hydraulic systems. The mechanical compression control system is simple, reliable and easily used. In order to use the hydraulic compression control system, a tractor hydraulic system in good technical condition is required.
Additionally, one can order a mechanism which envelops the rolls in a mesh – this can allow to raise productivity by as much as 25%.
UAB Laumetris offers a round balers with a pick-up and chopping units. The chopping of grass fodder allows to fill the pressing chamber better and achieve better compression results. Due to chopping, the ensilage process is improved and the highest quality of the produced silage is attained. Cattle find it easier to hold onto fodder made in such a way, the process of chopping the rolls during feeding becomes much simpler. If you want to press non-shredded grass fodder, it is easy to disconnect the roll. The standard has an electrical mechanism for enveloping rolls with mesh. This allows to choose between the mesh or a system with a single or double tying using a rope.
