Hemp harvesting system K-15
K-15 hemp harvesting system is designed for CBD hemp leaf tops, inflorescences and seeds harvesting. Aggregate base: 300-340 HP tractor with frontal loader, double wheels and powerful hydraulic system of 200 ltr/min (7 CFT/min) pump. Frontal loader equipped with 6 m (20 ft) stripper strips off leaf tops, inflorescences and seeds. Whole mass is being delivered to rear body through transporter system. Rear body has capacity of 15 m³ (530 CFT) and is capable to be lifted up and down for smoother unloading process. Mass of stripped hemp is moved and unloaded through moving floor - chain transporter.
Harvested CBD hemp must be conditioned directly of harvesting in order to keep all the good qualities of hemp. This can be achieved with Laumetris PTL-20K semitrailer equipped with conditioner, which ventilates the hemp mass while driving or waiting for more load. On standard basis K-15 hemp harvesting system is equipped with certain size of stripper adapted with farmer's tractor. Because of different dimensions every K-15 system is fully engineered and developed according the needs and capabilities of farmer's machinery. The most of oil consumption is being used for stripper (~80%), the rest is for transporter system, which delivers stripped hemp back to rear body. Rear body's management: hydraulic tailgate lifting, whole body's lifting up and down for smoother unloading process and bottom chain transporter, is powered with additional oil system connected to rear PTO. There are installed rear LED lights for safety and additionally white LED work lights can be installed in various places. Cameras for better handling of machinery are equipped according customer's needs.
